3. Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Advertising

We use Meta's advertising platform to run ads on Facebook and Instagram. When you interact with our ads or submit a lead form on Meta, your information may be shared with us directly through Meta's Lead Ads system. This is governed by Meta's own Privacy Policy in addition to ours.

We may use the Meta Pixel on our website to track conversions and optimize ad delivery. The Pixel collects data such as page views and booking events. You can opt out of Meta's data collection through your Facebook ad preferences settings.

If you tick the text messaging consent box when booking, we collect your mobile number and the date and time you gave consent, so that we can send you transactional messages about your booking: confirmation, reminders, arrival updates, and your invoice. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented, or shared with any third party. Your mobile number is shared only with the messaging provider that delivers those messages on our behalf, and only for that purpose.

We retain your information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. Booking and contact records are typically kept for up to 2 years for business records purposes.
