A polish and coating on a small car may only take about 3 hours. A multi-stage paint correction on a larger vehicle can take a whole day. It really depends on the service and the size of the vehicle.

A coating locks in whatever is underneath it, so we always prep the paint first. We always do a polish to strip off any leftover waxes or sealants and remove swirls, so you get a flawless finish instead of sealed-in defects. That does not always mean a full paint correction. Sometimes a single polish is all your paint needs.

No coating is scratch proof, but a 9H+ coating adds a hard, sacrificial layer that resists swirls, light scratches, and etching far better than bare paint.

Hand wash it regularly with a pH-balanced car soap, and skip the drive-through car washes. Their harsh brushes and chemicals wear the coating down. Regular gentle hand washing keeps the hydrophobic finish working at its best.

Yes. Once the coating has fully cured (about 7 days) you can wash it as usual. We recommend a gentle hand wash or a touchless wash to keep the finish looking its best.
